The Croft Bunkhouse, Bothies & Wigwams

The Croft Bunkhouse (Skye's original independent hostel), is a converted barn on a 12 acre croft with views over the sea and mountains. 

The Bunkhouse sleeps up to 14 in comfort on bunkbeds, with one twin room and a large dormitory that sleeps 12.

There are two wash areas, one with two toilets, two whb's and a shower, and the other with toilet, whb and shower.

There are laundry facilites, and a tumble drier is situated in the communal drying room.

The large kitchen is fully equiped with two fridges,

eight gas cooking rings, oven and microwave, and

there is also a coin operated washing machine.

There are two sinks, plenty of working surfaces, and all pots, pans, crockery & cutlery, cups and utensils are provided. 

The spacious amenity area, with views over crofts to the sea, has enough tables and chairs for everybody to sit and eat together if so desired, and there is also a comfortable lounge area.

The facilities (toilets & showers, kitchen and amenity area) are shared with wigwam occupants, aside from exclusive bunkhouse bookings.

£10-00 per person p/n (Dormitory), £12-50 per person p/n (Twin room).

Exclusive booking of bunkhouse - £150-00 p/n.

 (Note - If wigwams are booked in conjunction with an exclusive bunkhouse booking,

then a 25% discount applies for the wigwams). 

No pets except by prior arrangement (exclusive bookings only). The bunkhouse is available

by 4pm on the day of arrival, and should be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

Accompanied children under 16 years of age on 'exclusive bookings' only.
